Moving through your day with mindful awareness of your posture allows you to most effectively resist the force of gravity, placing the least amount of stress on your body’s structure and physiology. Mindlessly or habitually holding yourself in poor posture can place negative stress on your muscles and joints, cause poor circulation, deplete your Qi, bring down your mood, and decrease your self-esteem. 15.01.2022 Frankincense is one of my all time favourite oils. I use it for all kinds of things. This says 'training video' but it is a very short description of one of the places where frankincense is found and how sustainably it can be harvested.



12.01.2022 As 2021 approaches it's resolution time. My main resolution for this coming year is to do something that brings me joy every day - and all day if possible! I'm lucky that I love most of the things I do each day including my bodywork and helping clients. I think we have a big year ahead of us with many challenges, so remember that whatever unfolds in our lives we still need to make time to do those things that make us happy, whether it be walking the dog on the beach, gardening or simply relaxing on the sofa with a good book. Lets embrace 2021! Happy New Year to everyone
