23.01.2022 Perth Energy Launches Easy Energy Gas & Easy Energy Electricity products for WA businesses Perth Energy has launched their new Easy Energy products for WA businesses. The Easy Energy Gas product offers 40% off the current regulated business gas usage charges* and the Easy Energy Electricity product offers 9% off the current regulated L3 electricity tariff usage charges*. Mr Redmile is delighted that Perth Energy can provide competitive energy rates to eligible WA businesses for both gas and electricity. The Easy Energy Gas products are available to businesses that are connected to the ATCO Gas Australia Mid-West and South-West Gas Distribution System which covers the Perth Metropolitan area and extends north up to Geraldton and south to Busselton. The Easy Energy Electricity products are available to businesses consuming more than 50MWh per annum that are connected to the South West Interconnected System, the network operated by Western Power which covers the Perth Metropolitan area and extends north to Kalbarri, south to Albany and east to the Kalgoorlie Boulder region. Mr Redmile said Perth Energy has been operating in WA since 1999 and has saved thousands of WA businesses millions on their gas and electricity. If they want to see someone and sign up face to face, they can. The Western Australian electricity market allows contestable electricity customers to choose their electricity retailers. Contestable customers are customers who consume more than 50MWh per annum (which is a spend of approximately $13,000 per year or more).
