25.01.2022 Thanks to all the Perth Freedivers Club crew who joined in for the fun. A beautiful day of underwater adventure in the ocean playground surrounding Rottnest Island. Our group of freedivers enjoyed humpback whales, a range of breath-taking dive sites, swim-throughs, glorious weather, sea life, a healthy lunch and 15m + visibility all aboard our well-appointed dive charter boat! A huge thanks to everyone that was a part of the fun including the fantastic crew of Boutique Cruise, Dive & Charter Looking forward to the next freediving adventures in November and December - woooo! 25.01.2022 The Fremantle-based freediving school Blueback Freediving & Yoga is offering a rare opportunity to dive into 4 days of freediving and yoga in a back-to-nature weekend. This is a small group excursion to the Capes Region in our SW. Sounds like a neat way to deepen your knowledge and practise of freediving while broadening youre experience of ocean diving. 21.01.2022 Looking for a freedive get-together? This is a great way to meet like-minded freedivers in the area. Some of the crew are heading out for the Sunday 13th October Rotto Adventure-Freedive Day. Solo freedivers are welcome as everyone is buddied up for both the fun-dives and depth-training, if you decide to enjoy a little depth practice while out there. A fun, social day exploring the reefs and meeting the sea lives inhabiting our local island by boat. Get in touch with the operator to book one of the last spots for the October trip!

16.01.2022 A fun day searching for the elusive and rare Scalloped Hammerheads at Point Peron and trying to whisper up some Weedy Sea dragons with the Perth Freedivers Club, Blueback Freedivers and the crew at @divetub. Taavi was the only lucky one to actually see a Hammerhead (1.5 - 2.0m!) but we were all so stoked just to be in the presence of these charismatic megafauna in such a relaxed natural context! Thanks to the crew at Divetub for hosting a lovely free breakie at the store in Bibra Lake and to Michael for the dive brief about our site.

Picnic lunch, jetty walk and a marvellous look at the biodiversity below the waters of Busselton Jetty. 52 divers registered. A fantastic day under the sea in community!
