19.01.2022 These are difficult times for us all as our lives are turned upside down. Social distancing has made attending funerals very difficult, and arranging them even more stressful than usual for bereaved families. If you are finding it hard to cope, need some advice, would like help creating a meaningful farewell for a loved one in a non traditional or more online or private way please contact me. Im here to help if you need me. We are all human and we need to reach out to each other right now, if not physically then emotionally and virtually to get through this together

18.01.2022 http://theconversation.com/small-funerals-online-memorials- I thought this information might be helpful for families organising funerals for their loved ones during this time of restrictions. Holding funeral services is an important part of the grief process and being unable to attend the service of someone we care for can be devastating, but there are alternatives such as online participation and also holding your own personal memorial in your own space which can still be very meaningful. Grief is the price we pay for love and to express and share grief with others is human and necessary

16.01.2022 This 50th anniversary of the moon landing reminds me of one of the great stories my Dad Syd told me of how he sat me on his lap at 6 weeks old and we watched the first steps on the moon together. Mum and Dad have been gone a long time now but not a day goes by that I dont remember them with love

03.01.2022 During my trip home to the UK I had a lovely day visiting my gorgeous Aunties who both now have dementia but are still enjoying time with family and I spent time at the river bridge where I scattered my Mums ashes and where she taught me to swim as a little girl. Both very emotional and reconnecting experiences
