07.01.2022 In less than a weeks time, the Labelmakers Perth Hills Wine Show will take place. Due to COVID-19, some changes were made to this years event which in essence has closed it off to the public for this year. We hope that life will be back to some normality sooner rather than later and that we can move ahead with a wonderful celebration in 2021 with supporters of the Perth Hills Wine Region and the wineries that it comprises. One thing we are so grateful for, is the ongoing ...support our sponsors have shown us. Without them, this event would not take place at all. Sadly due to Covid-19, the decision was made that this year's Award's Show will be a Closed Event and there will be no Public Awards Night. 02.01.2022 The Labelmakers Perth Hills Wine Show is over for another year. There were 74 entries from 13 exhibitors which was a fantastic achievement given that the event itself was in doubt up until recently due to the effects of the COVID19 pandemic. Chief Judge, Mark Warren from Happs and Marq Wines along with Josephine Perry from Dormilona Wines, Troy Overstone from Sandalford and Associate Judge Jordan Kuchel spent many hours deliberating over the entries and we had some fantasti...c results. A big thank you also to our "unofficial" chief steward, Freya Hohnen who kept the judges on track, deciphered their handwriting and brought a ray of sunshine to the day. 8 Gold medals 14 Silver medals 28 Bronze medals A full list of winners is below Thanks goes out to all of our sponsors and supporters, along with some other mentions...
