20.01.2022 Its Mental Health Week. I was thinking this morning about my own mental health and I was pondering about the facts that I know, which is, my environment affect...s my ability to maintain a good attitude. So that said, and with today being a particularly hectic day with no time to go to far, I decided to make a cuppa and head out to the garden. Starting with some left nostril only breathing to calm down the nervous system (great tip!) I then meandered over to the succulent and rose beds. With the warmth of the sun and the smell of the roses, I sat in the magnificence of nature and appreicated for 10 minutes the many things that are great in my life. There are also some shit things going on, lets be real, there is for everyone, but maintaining a positive attitude with some simple self love and time for appreication is a great and quick way to ensure that you are in control of your thinking and how you choose to feel. I wish you all beautiful sun shiny days and happiness, this Mental Health Awareness week and always.
