The state and local governments had promised to reduce red tape during this unprecedented time and this is exactly what the Health and Planning departments at the City of Vincent have done. By allowing us to accomodate Dark Kitchens (food business conducting takeaway services) within our facilities, it allows... us as a family owned small business to open up opportunities to other food business that goes beyond our usual planning permissions.
