18.01.2022 Public Announcement - COVID-19 In line with health environmental practices for workplaces and social distancing, as a responsible conscious business, we are taking extra precautions in combating the spread of COVID-19. This is to help protect you and your family, our staff and the general public. Collection of items for sharpening will be done in 4 stages:-... 1. Please wash and leave your items in a bucket of cold soapy water prior to collection. 2. We will call you on arrival and organise to place a tub with disinfectant on your doorstep or driveway. 3. We will transfer your items into our tub of disinfectant to take away and process. 4. On completion they will be cleaned, sanitised and placed back at the collection point, where we will place our card reader for payment. We ask that you refrain from making contact with the card reader. Please note: From this point on we will only accept EFTPOS, credit card, direct debit transfer or Afterpay. Payment to be made on the day or prepaid arrangements only. NO CASH payments. NO invoicing until further notice. We thank you for your understanding during these unusual times. After processing your items they will be cleaned and fully sanitised and returned in sealed plastic packaging for both onsite and postal services. Although we may be divided by social distancing and the possibility of lockdown periods, you will still be able to get your knives serviced during this time through our FREE postage offer in the metro area.
