15.01.2022 ***Kosher Providore Update*** Shop is trading as usual with safe social distancing measures in place. Pesach stock now available on shelves. ... Pesach orders are now being processed and you will be contacted over the next few days to arrange for collection or delivery. PLEASE collect on the day advised as we have NO storage space. Payment over the phone when you are contacted is preferred. Please be patient as we are processing a huge volume of orders and we will get to yours. If you have ordered the items below we advise the following: * Due to supplier issues and non KLP products being sent, Cottage cheese, Haddar, Blooms crisps and cold drinks will only be available from next week. We will let you know when they have arrived. As they are last minute arrivals, we will need you to come in or order on the day for same day pick up. * Hashacher choc spread is not available at the shop this year as the product sent from our supplier was not KLP and time has run out to get it in time. * Egg matzah is not available - not supplied. * Margarine is also not available as it will not arrive in time. Pesach is generally a huge undertaking. This year has been beyond anything we could have imagined so remember to be kind to our staff who are putting their own health on the line every day and doing everything they can to take care of you. 11.01.2022 *****IMPORTANT NOTICE***** The kosher Providore wishes to advise our customers that in response to Covid-19 we have implemented additional procedures within our shop and amongst our staff according to health authority guidelines to both protect our staff and customers as well as maintain our essential service to the Perth Jewish community. To allay the concern within the community that there will be a shortage of kosher meat and groceries in general and for Pesach, we have b...een in contact with our suppliers and have been advised that all our orders for meat and groceries will be filled and arrive in Perth as expected in the next few weeks. The bakery will of course continue to run as usual until Pesach. For our older customers or those keeping extra social distance due to existing health problems, we are happy for you to call and place an order which we can bring to you in your car. (Please do not use this service if the criteria do not apply to you.) At this stage delivery will only be available for customers who are in self isolation or quarantine. We ask for your patience and support as we navigate these challenging times and will keep you informed should anything change. Desi and Gilad

01.01.2022 ******Covid-19 update for the kosher Providore. ****** With community transmission now occurring and a rapid rise in Covid-19 cases, we have put new measures in place to keep our customers and staff as protected as possible. We are urging all customers who do not need to come into the store to order online, or by phone and your order will be packed and can be collected from the door, brought to you in your car or delivered for those self isolating or in quarantine. Although... no new meat orders are being taken, staff can advise what meat is available to be purchased on the day. Orders for schnitzel, fried fish and BBQ chickens can still be made. For those still coming into the store, we will be limiting the number of customers in the store at one time and ask that you sanitize your hands or put on gloves (supplies at the door) before coming in and also that you do your shopping as quickly as possible. We are currently compiling a list of all our Pesach dry goods which can be ordered in the same way. These forms will be available at the door and by email shortly. Please do not order excessive product to ensure that there is sufficient for everyone. We will limit quantities if necessary. Pesach meat orders can be collected at the door on your collection date. Dairy orders will only be available for collection in the week before Pesach. We ask that you provide this information and give forms to those in the community, especially our elderly, who do not have access to email or social media so that they too can order easily and know about our delivery option. We will confirm all orders received and discuss pick up or delivery at that time. Please do not send multiple emails or make multiple phone calls as that will simply slow the process down. We have more staff and more phones to cope with these changes but ask for your patience as we implement all these measures and try and streamline as needed.
