On Friday the 18th of October PMRG, the Institute for Advanced Studies and the Centre for the History of Emotions are running a Masterclass entitled "Social Wellbeing: Emotion and Community". (More details below) For those who live interstate or perhaps even overseas and are wanting some extra assistance, there are up to four bursaries of $250 (AUD) each available to assist scholars to travel to Perth to attend this masterclass. Th...ese bursaries have been generously sponsored by the Centre for Medieval and Early Modern Studies at UWA and the ARC Centre for the History of Emotions. This year, PMRG is joining forces with a UWA based journal, Limina, to present a newly imagined conference...... Adaptation in the Humanities: Reimagining the Past, Present, and Future. This year we're looking at adaptation across time from the medieval to early-modern, right through to the modern. No time is off limits! It's proving to be a huge event spanning two days from the 3rd-4th of October (with a reception the evening of Friday 2nd). We'll use this edition for line numbers, but you're welcome to read from any version with the original text.
