08.02.2022 Matt started his meditation journey in July of 2017 when he first met Alexandra, who started by explaining that "the Universe is within you"- something which instantly struck a chord for him! Since then, Matt's been consistently dilligent, and has been taking action in the community, as an advocate for positive mental health. He has no formal training in the area, but a vast array of experiences and is now considered an expert in his community. We're so proud of Matt's work...!
