21.01.2022 We recently tackled a paint removal job on a full 3x2 bedroom home - Due to incorrect undercoating applications on previously painted walls!! Lucky enough our client is now in good hands. We have stripped all interior walls, followed by re-applying one coat of ‘Dulux PRECISION Sealer Binder’ ( This is a very common mistake in this industry by domestic or handy man painters ) New build tip of the month: 1) Moisture meter test walls - Avoid painting damp masonry surfaces tha...t have a moisture reading above 10% 2) PH test white set plaster - pH of 9 3) White set - Sealer binder undercoat.
