25.01.2022 Here is one of our latest projects a 104 car bay carports for a block of residential units. Their old carports where removed and replaced with Colourbond roofing and Bluescope steel frame we also installed security lighting and even marked and numbered new bays and if you live in a block of units that need carports replaced you may be suprised at just how cost effective it is to get them all replaced in one go.

09.01.2022 To all those people who might be thinking about building a patio or home improvement please be aware that if your job is valued at over $20,000 the company or person building it must be a registered builder the reason for this is to make sure your project is built to engineers standards and your job is insured and a registered builder is answerable to the MBA [ Master Builders Association] if there is any problem. As I have seen over the years most patio companies are not reg...istered and when the submit a job to shire for a building permit they simply lie about the value and quite often the shire will turn a blind eye to it which is very wrong so its a case of buyer beware although i have noticed lately the MBA has prosecuted some of the law breakers who have mislead there clients you can check this out on the MBA website if your interested.
