17.01.2022 #throwback to what I think was the first event I really got the feels I scrolled through 11,345 photos today to find some old photos I could share with you all & I knew this was the story I had to tell you... This was a special baby shower for a few reasons:... It was for my best friend It was supposed to be a surprise We didnt know the gender (but its all blue keep reading) I had planned for the party to be 6 weeks prior to her Due Date, I had Pink & Blue decorations all over my house from months of secretly planning this baby shower...and then a week before, she was rushed to hospital Everything was upside down, the party got thrown to the side whilst we waited...2 days before party day my best friend had a baby boy (another 1, she now has 3 ) So out went the Pink and the party was back on!!! 10.01.2022 WANT AN INSIDER TIP ON HOW TO MAKE YOUR BALLOONS LAST LONGER??? READ BELOW Did you know? ... Balloons do not survive well in hot weather & direct sunlight You may notice I always ask where your balloons are being set up at your event, this is because I usually discourage balloon garlands set up in exposed areas. Lets be real, no one wants to spend their cold hard cash on something thats just going to pop, am I right?! AND YES........YOUR BALLOONS WILL POP Of course, as a stylist i have had to find ways around this...people do have events outside and that is why I always Over Inflate If you need to use balloons outside, inflate them more than you need to so that you stretch the latex first, then deflate them back down to the size you require!! That way it allows for the balloons expanding in the sunshine and will prevent too many casualties Did you already know this???
