24.01.2022 The owners of this amazing penthouse in the middle of Perth, were wanting to incorporate a more natural look and feel to their balcony to give them a place to relax from the hectic city environment. Weve incorporated a beautiful timber flooring in combination with natural feel synthetic grass that still allows the water to penetrate through to allow for correct drainage. We continued this same theme over 3 balconies for them. This has certainly livened up the feel of the whole apartment and has made it much more enjoyable for the whole family to enjoy (and relax). www.ppcgroup.com.au

19.01.2022 This is one of the most interesting jobs weve had in some time. We got the opportunity to install a brand-new bathroom into a small upstairs loft-space. The design is modern, charming, and explodes with character.

19.01.2022 BATHROOM OASIS After meeting with Jen to discuss her home modifications, we quickly discovered the bathroom was riddled with mould and this was more than enough for her to justify the renovation shed been dreaming of. The instructions were to create a spacious, classic oasis, without steering too far away from the style of the rest of the house. By removing an intersecting wall between the existing bathroom and toilet we were able to gain some much needed space, allowi...ng for the addition of the free-standing bathtub. The feature tiles were a result of the client wanting to add something a little different, and achieve the wow factor. Utilising the timber that had been salvaged from Jens childhood farm house that been destroyed, we hand made the new vanity, resulting in a spectacular one of a kind piece. Jen now has the bathroom oasis she had been dreaming of for years, and we look forward to modifying the next stage of the house in the near future. www.ppcgroup.com.au

14.01.2022 The Australian Maritime Officers Union (AMOU) office space in the heart of Fremantle was in dire need of some urgent TLC. The client requested a full strip-out and revamp, which included a much-needed working air conditioner. We began by pulling out all partitions and flooring before installing anodised frames, walls, and developing a brand new layout for the workplace. The job consisted of a complete internal fit-out of a new office space in the heritage building.

13.01.2022 This job consisted of a complete overhaul of the kitchen, and the installation of a new toilet. We demolished the existing kitchen before rearranging the layout for optimum effectiveness. Whilst we had no more than 3.6 square metres to work with, we managed to create a modern and stylish bathroom for the whole family.

11.01.2022 Another Fremantle character home we have been requested to improve. The home owners wished for a larger, more functional kitchen, and wanted to brighten up the area without sacrificing any privacy. We worked alongside the cabinet makers and were able to significantly improve the look and feel of the kitchen and living area, and make it much more enjoyable and useable for the owners. We also installed some additional power points throughout the kitchen and cabinetry, again to improve the functionality of the new space. www.ppcgroup.com.au

10.01.2022 This character townhouse in the heart of Fremantle featured a huge master bedroom, but lacked an ensuite, and a functional wardrobe. We met with the owners of the house to discuss their options, and decided to divide the bedroom and create a large walk in robe, as well as a luxury ensuite, giving them the ultimate master bedroom retreat. The plumbing was all located along the opposite side of the house but with careful planning we were able create a solution to the problem, a...nd achieve a fantastic result for a price that the client was very pleased with. We also re-tiled the entire living room and second bathroom, and added a clear acrylic access panel in the floor to create a feature out of their wine cellar. www.ppcgroup.com.au

06.01.2022 With a new family member on the way, the client decided to completely revamp the house by installing a new laundry-bathroom and an outdoor alfresco. Through the incorporation of 7 metres of new double-glazed windows and doors, we were able to add light into the house, and open it up to the new alfresco area.

02.01.2022 This Booragoon resident approached us with a pre-existing architecture design, drawn up by a friend of theirs. They were interested in more car space and the redevelopment of their front yard. We extended the carport by 3 metres to give sufficient room for 2 more bays. More noticeably, we installed a one-of-a-kind feature garden outside the front of their house. This was completed with heavy-duty earthworks and brickwork supports, exposed aggregate, and exposed canopy beams. The result is not only a stunning functional entryway, but a creative statement as well.
