07.01.2022 R u ok? It's a good reminder for us to focus on that friend, colleague or loved one who seems a bit out of sorts. It can be hard to know how to have that conversation and how to respond.... 1. Pick your timing, start the conversation in a quiet, comfortable environment when they seem relaxed.... 2. Simply listen and be open minded about how they are feeling. If they don't want to talk, let them know that you are there if they ever want to. 3. Ask them if there is anything that can take the pressure off, or suggest they speak to someone who can provide some extra support. Offer to help them find someone who can help. 4. Check back in with them, see how the are going, show you care. Simply taking the time to ask someone how they are can make a big difference.

03.01.2022 We've got that Christmas feeling.... Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Our rooms will be closed from Thursday 21/12/2017 and reopening on Thursday 04/01/2018.... We look forward to seeing you in 2018.
