22.01.2022 6 weeks and 5 kgs down These results are from Nutrition only! Andrew came to see me wanting to take steps towards a healthier lifestyle, starting with his nutrition first. Having had lung cancer when he was 2 years old and then kidney failure straight after from the chemo, his attitude to life is so inspiring and really puts things into perspective.

15.01.2022 Hummus is Yummus!! The hommus I choose is Yumi's reason being its 7 bucks for a kilo and bloody good! This is a super easy and low key midweek meal but still so healthy. I bought the chicken already marinated Peri Peri style, cooked it on a fry pan with a touch of olive oil. The Chickpeas I coated with a mix of cumin, coriander, garlic powder and onion powder about 1 Tablespoon for each, then dry fried them till golden. Once I cooked the chicken and chickpeas I used microwave rice, 1/4 an avocado, a bunch of steamed kale and 2 Tablespoons of hommus to finish the dish off. So good and so easy.

15.01.2022 A few people have asked me for this one and it does not dissapoint. I usually prep a few of these for lunches during the week Loaded Sweet POTATO 2 orange or purple sweet potatoes2 Tablespoons olive oil2 small cans of tuna 25 g feta1 corn cob, kernels only1 small zuchinni grated 2 fresh coriander sprigs chopped finely Preheat oven to 180 C. Puncture sweet potatoes with a fork rub with olive oil cover with aluminum foil and place in oven for 60 mins. Remove from... oven slice in half lengthways then fill with all remaining ingredients. Place back into the oven and bake for 10 more mins. (If I'm having this premade for lunch I skip baking it for the extra 10) #livingclean #fresh #healthy

Kat was training with me HARD for about 2 years before falling pregnant. If you are looking at starting a little family in the somewhat near future start training beforehand. 08.01.2022 Pretty awesome combo to finish off a shoulder day! 4 Sets 45 secs rest 8 x Cuban Rotational Press 12 x Lateral Raises 6 x Kneeling Dead Ball Slams... I love including Cuban Rotational Press and Dead Ball Slams into a program to promote both good shoulder mobility and health. Both of these are so frequently overlooked when going for "gainz" but in order to train anything upper body to the best of your ability shoulder movement is crucial. #livingclean #dowhatyoucando #aspire @_amandamccleary_

Once training isn't stimulating anymore not only do you become bored but your body actually doesn't respond, becoming more of a stress. I totally understand some people don't have this option but if possible training safely while you're pregnant can be so beneficial for a range of reasons both during and post! reduces risk of back injuries, especially post pregnancy with holding a new born! reduces constipation, bloating and swelling improved posture... stress relief helps improve both sleep and energy @claire_kapinkoff thankyou for trusting me on this journey!!
