25.01.2022 I just want to do a big shout out for this guy! Tony Kelly from Kellys Kars. He came today to service my car and what a stand up guy he is! Very efficient, honest and best of all, very reasonably priced! I cant fault him one bit! He is definitely my go to guy from now on when it comes to the car or ute. If you ever need a mechanic give Tony a call, hell come to you so you dont have that added hassle of getting to a garage then having to go back for it later plus you know t...hat hes not out to rip you off! Do you know, a year ago, so not even my last service, the one before that, I took my car to a big reputable dealer, in fact its the one I bought it from. He told me that my brake pads were wearing down and theyd need replacing, I knew they were fine as I could tell when driving so refused to let them touch them. Tony looked today and I had 60% left on the front & 70% left on the back....and thats a FULL YEAR after they told me they needed doing. These are the big guys who I thought I could trust! So just beware.....the big names arent always the best!

24.01.2022 Putting faces to our name :-) There is me, Paula, the face behind the emails ;-) then there is the youngest of our clan, Bailey who is almost 9 and is already a dab hand making and building things! Beside him is Chloe, our 11 year old, shes the drama queen and dancer ;-) shes about to play Alice in the schools production of Alice in Wonderland and is practising hard for her Calisthentics exam that comes up in July. And last but by no means least, the talented Lee who can turn his hand to pretty much anything and works his absolute hardest to make sure that you, the customer, is as happy as can be with the work he does! So there you go, now when you think of Perths Elite Property Maintenance you know who we are ;-)

24.01.2022 Well, what a busy start to 2013 we've had! We have not stopped since the beginning of January! Absolutely loving it, although working outside in 42 degree heat got a little hard on Lee! lol Still having internet issues, in the way that we actually have no proper internet into the house (or phone or tv for that matter) long story but it is in the process of being sorted, albeit slowly! Up to now we've been managing on a mobile broadband usb which quite frankly was rubbish, we've now upgraded it to a wireless broadband thingy (!!) lol and its working like a dream (eventually!) so unfortunately for you means you'll be hearing more from me! lol

24.01.2022 Wooooaaaah the weather has finally turned, winter is well and truly getting ready to settle in! If youre finding that all of this rain is making your gutters overflow and you didnt realize they were full, give us a shout, we can clean them for you. 22.01.2022 Wow, that was some rainfall last night! I had my long awaited swimming pool in the garden as it flooded pretty bad! Lol Luckily our roof held up & we had no leaks but some people havent been quite so lucky! If you find you have water coming into your house & youre not even sure where its coming from, dont panic! Give us a call or drop us an email & well get to you ASAP to put things right for you! In the meantime, stay safe! Its going to be a tough few days weather wise!

17.01.2022 Now the winter is starting to set in its time to start thinking about those little jobs that will turn into big jobs if it rains a lot or is very windy! Now would be the ideal time to book in to have your gutters cleaned, or your fence repaired. If you wait until the weather gets worse it could lead to problems in your roof space or with electrics if your gutters are blocked and that little bit of fence thats a bit insecure? Getting that fixed now will stop it taking your w...hole fence down in stormy weather ending up costing you a lot more! If youre not sure if we can help you, please, give us a call. I'm now pursuing my own career so have spent the last 3 months on intensive training. I graduate on Friday the 13th which is very exciting! While I've been busy away from the business & family Lee has been the backbone of our family, home & business! Not only has he been running the business single handedly he has also been looking after the children & running the house. He's like superman! Is there an end to this mans talents?!

17.01.2022 Hi everyone :-) we are now having MASSIVE problems with Internet (long story) but hopefully, won't be longer than 4 weeks max before we're online properly! It's a pain in the butt and mobile connection isn't exactly brilliant but we're managing. On the plus side we really love our new house ;-) hope you've all had a lovely start to 2013!! X

Long day on the cards for Lee today then I'm off for the last minute xmas pressies this evening while no little eyes can spy ;-) Tomorrow it's a food shop while Lee toils away on the tools then I think we can wind down for a nice family Xmas. Im learning new skills everyday although I do think Im more suited to staying behind the scenes as, in Lees words, Im too much of a princess to be a tradie! Hmph!! I even got my work boots dirty, hows that for working hard?! 13.01.2022 Hapy New Year everyone! Hope you've all had a lovely relaxed holiday season and managed to stay cool! Phew it was a hot one wasn't it!?! Back to the grind now ...though ;-) Not that we've really stopped that much over Xmas, we had a frantic call the day before xmas eve to do a garden clean up asap so off Lee tottled on the 27th to help out the damsel in distress.....after a day and a half of mowing, strimming, weeding & cutting back trees & bushes we left a very happy customer :-) so, just so you know, sometimes, even when we're meant to be closed, we will still help out if time allows us, we hate to see people stuck and will endeavour to fit you in! A lot of work to do now though, 2 very big quotes to price up which is going to take a lot of work, plus another 2 smaller jobs to quote up tonight after a long day renovating in Canningvale! No rest for the wicked ;-) But we love it, we love that our business is building so well! 13.01.2022 Oh my word! That was some rainfall last night!! We had a river flowing down our street and the long yearned for swimming pool in my garden! Lol!! If like us you quickly realised that the water overflowing from the guttering was because they are blocked with debris then please give us a call and we will come and clean them for you, stop the problem reoccurring! We can also fix that leaky roof you didn't realise you had til list night too!

I can see that I have messages but I can't get into them from my phone. 06.01.2022 Sorry for the radio silence guys! Very busy times here these last couple of months! There will be lots of changes here at Perths Elite Headquarters in the New Year! Now the children are a lot more independent its time for me to carry on & forge my own career which means taking a bit of a step back from the business. Ill still be here in the background but it may take a day or two longer to reply to emails while I find my feet these next 3 months. 05.01.2022 Wow thanks for the shares guys! 11 shares of my last post which means my audience reach was over 1000! Thats brilliant! The more people know our name the bigger our business grows. Its 2 years & 4 months since we started this adventure and although its been scary tough at times I think its safe to say we are now flying high! The feedback we are getting is absolutely amazing. Theres some happy campers out there ;-) We also have our new website almost ready to show off, just in the process of having the gallery fixed up then well be ready to show it off to the world so watch this space! I still cant believe how well things have gone for us over this last year. It was been an absolute corker of a journey! 02.01.2022 Well ladies and gentleman, after a LONG 9 1/2 weeks we finally have internet! Wooohoooo! It's so nice to not have to use that pay as you go modem anymore and ha...ve slow intermittent connection! We also have the phone line back in too which means I can take all landline calls off divert to my mobile! Once I buy a new office phone today that is! LOL Hope everyone is well and once again thankyou for all of your support, I can't believe we have gone from 72 likers to 229 in the space of a month, that is amazing! Keep your calls and emails coming!

01.01.2022 Well Hello everyone! I must apologise for being so quiet and STILL not having any updated photos up yet but we have been unbelievably busy lately which is a good thing of course! Lee has been so busy gyprocking, bricking up windows, fitting doors, gardening, tiling, fixing and renewing fencing, cleaning gutters, paving and fixing broken roof tiles to name but a few....amongst all of that there has been literally days spent quoting jobs too! If things keep going the way they are you might just see us expanding in the new year! How amazing would that be!? Thanks for supporting us guys, keep those referrals coming!

I can see damaged roof tiles all over. Theres even a half built house collapsed! I can see between ourselves and insurance companies its going to be a very busy time!
