11.01.2022 What a great night it was last night for the Keep On Running 5km. Lots of pb's by everyone competing. I am still buzzing by Matthew Ramsden's 13:27 run. Massive pb for him and new WA record. He did most of the organising and was great to see him talking with competitors and officials after the race.

11.01.2022 Some great running this morning at HBF Fun Run. Matthew Ramsden winning the 12km in sub 3 mins per km 35:49. Ben Chamberlain was 2nd in half marathon on debut in a sensational time of 66:30. Both Ben and Isaac the winner wearing singlet proudly. How did everyone else go today? Hopefully everyone ran well. Let us know. Ben is in store working today. What a legend.

10.01.2022 New World record was set For 5km last night 12:35:37. What you might not know is that our own Matthew Ramsden was part of the pace making team that made this happen.
