25.01.2022 Sagging/damaged ceilings is something that homeowners quite often overlook. By looking for the warning signs (cracks, visible sagging of the ceiling, water damage etc)and getting it attended to early can save you $$$. If left unattended a ceiling will worsen and then become a hazard potentially collapsing.
