06.01.2022 Buyer Beware. Some Properties are not always what they seem listed as light filled, easy-care residence is nestled in a quiet location with a stunning bush backdrop. Completely renovated, This one was more like a re-build... Our report reviled Minor Fire damage was Noted and all the roofing timbers had been replaced the Clients Solicitor Made further investigations and reveled the property had almost been burnt to the ground. The Solicitor further investigation also revealed that this type of renovation would also require the local council to have approved each stage of the RE-BUILD Unfortunately the builder did not comply with the council regulations this means that electrical, plumbing and construction was not passed by council at each stage. To top it all off Termites were located at the rear of the property.
