I called Pest Control Empire and they came out the next day-so quick! Alan arrived and did a thorough inspection. He clearly explained what the issue was-rodents in the roof-and suggested a solution. We agreed and he very efficiently and quickly put the solution in place for us. Alan was super helpful and explained what steps we could take to try to minimise the issue happening again. We were so pleased with how easy, efficient and cost effective it was to work with this company. Would definitely recommend."

He placed rat bait in the ceiling and closed the roof hole that the birds had damaged. The Price was so reasonable that I decided to also get the house spr...ayed for the summer with Pest Control Empire by Shane. A few days later a smell of dead meat started to perfume ( yuk) the vents. Again, Adam and Tim immediately came to the rescue without delay. They located the source of smell and remove dead rat Harold from the roof. Bonus: Adam gives great advice and really good with my nervous fur baby pooch. Thank you guys. You're the best company I've appointed. Husband and I could not thank you enough for your knowledge and service."

He explained everything before starting, and what we could expect afterwards. No more possum parties! We then had Shane out to do a carpet beetle treatment. Shane was awesome, very friendly and really professional. 5 stars!"

I contacted Tim in the morning and by midday Tim was at our place inspecting the site of wasps setting up house in our weatherboard. Tim was punctual, professional, gave us additional advice on how to avoid/deter other pests. Within the hour of Tim leaving there wasn't a single wasp in the area. Really pleased we got onto it early!"
