19.01.2022 Do you know what these BUGS are? They are Bronze Orange Bugs also known as Citrus Bugs. Given the name citrus bug because they invade your citrus trees, especially around this time of year. You cant ignore them or your citris trees will produce a season of poor fruit or the tree will not survive at all.... This is one bug you dont need to call the Pestsafe team for, you can manage them yourself. Grab some Confidor next time you are at Bunnings and spray each branch generously. Over the next 48 hours they should die and fall off...if there are any left after 48 hours spray just those branches. Putting a net over your citris tress can minimise the chance of getting a Bronze Orange Bug infestation next year.

Still Open for Business They help local builders by providing pest control... services, specialising in termite protection. Ryan started as a carpenter and spent 15yrs in the building industry until a conversation on a long haul flight prompted him to start his own thing. Marrying his family experience in pest control and his building background (and with an encouraging brother) Pest-Safe was born! Their work around empty building sites is inherently isolated by nature but they have also adopted Covid-safe practices to keep everyone safe. What Ryan is most proud of is achieving his successes off his own back and being able to bring his building experience to provide a tailored solution.
