21.01.2022 For those pool owners that currently have pool covers on pool, dont forget to remove the leaves and dust from the cover once the wind is over. Then give it a hose and let all the debris head into the skimmer box basket... then give it a good clean. Heres a tip below!!

21.01.2022 Petas Wind Tip: With this wind creating havoc around town, feel free to turn off the system and wait til it stops. Then in the next few days clean ALL the leaves off pool covers, out of baskets and get the system running again. Scoop and rake out all heavy debris and then start the cleaner working, remembering to continue checking the skimmer basket and the cleaner for leaves and clogging. Once the pool is clean test and ensure that with all the organic debris blowing around you Phosphate levels are kept in check.

The process is easy and helps maintain your pool surface, equipment and General well being of the pool. 17.01.2022 Yesterday’s Dust Storm has really created some issues for all pools with and without covers on. Here are a few simple hints to help- * Remove and excess leaves and debris from the pool or cover. * Hose off the cover into the Skimmer Box area with the filter on. * Brush pool steps and ledges... * Run your Robotic Pool Cleaner for a few extra cycles remembering to clean the baskets and bags. * Have your Filter system time extended Saturday and Sunday * Get a Water Sample performed in the next few weeks for all the Organic Matter that the dust and leaves bring!!! 11.01.2022 TropicalCyclone OMA is on its way. Although we may not get the cyclone we may get the wind and rain. Petas Tip- 1-Backwash and Rinse or Waste any excess water prior to it hitting the top of the coping. 2-Turn OFF the whole system if the wind is depositing so much leaf litter into the pool that the basket cant cope.... When the wind is over - take out manually all the heavy debris and re commission the system and cleaner. 3-Once all the rain has stopped test the water and re balance.
