21.01.2022 As of Monday the 27th of April we are allowed to recommence most of our orthodontic services though some restrictions still apply. We cannot use most of our drills, ultrasonic scalers etc. This means we can't drill back glue to repair the lingual wire retainers for instance. The first week we will concentrate on patients with braces on who we haven't seen for six weeks. Our hygienist will concentrate on taking braces off those patients who were ready to get them off the last ...time they were seen. Impressions for lost and broken retainers can be handled by other staff. We hope to see you all in the next four weeks. Our staff are trying to contact patients, but you are welcome to contact us. Please remember the phones will be busy and we can't see our usual patient load with the current restrictions. We will be working extra hours so we will get there. We are glad to be back. 15.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who has followed us it will greatly assist us to communicate with you all quickly when things change suddenly as they did on Friday with an Email at 5:15pm or the Friday before at 4:47pm. Sorry to everyone who is struggling to phone us. As you can imagine our out going calls have increased at least six fold and the incoming calls probably as much. There is some good news, today we finally got the NBN to the premises. It will still take some time to connect but at least communication will be easier both by phone and mass SMS. The online consultation should be available this week. Stay well everyone.

14.01.2022 Hi everyone just reminding everyone that August the 14th is a public holiday in Beenleigh as it is in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Enjoy your long weekend.

10.01.2022 I am delighted to tell you that we can now do most things we normally do as only level 1 restrictions apply. Please be a little patient with us as some of these procedures haven't been able to be done for 8 weeks so it may take a few weeks to catch up. We are working normal hours and scheduling some extra hours. The reception staff are trying to contact everyone but feel free to contact them. If you have a retainer check or recall and think nothing has changed feel free to go to our website and jump on the virtual consultation and follow the instructions. Saves a trip into Beenleigh. We intend to keep this up permanently and let everyone do every second visit this way. It will be a huge time and petrol saver!

05.01.2022 It has been great to be back at work even with the restrictions that are still in place. As of next week we will be working normal hours again, open till 6pm except Friday which is 5pm. Look out for a text with your adjustment appointment. If you have any immediate problems please call us and we will do our best to help.
