18.01.2022 Update on project shop truck. There’s been a lot of progress very quickly. We have made new floor pans. Mounted front guards, nose cone and sills. After that major part we had to stretch the body 110mm and we got a bit creative with the infill panel. All going well she won’t be long until she is on the road picking up supplies.

13.01.2022 With all the stress and anxiety surrounding the current COVID-19 pandemic we are facing we thought we would jump on Facebook and let all our wonderful customers know that fortunately it is business as usual for us here at Peter Pollock Fabrication. We're feeling very blessed that we can continue to operate and thought it was the perfect opportunity to introduce you to the two man team behind the business. Starting with the name and face of Peter Pollock Fabrication, Pete.... Studied Certificate III in Engineering and Fabrication at The University of Ballarat, since then has been working in the Industry since 2005. * Favourite thing/job to work on and why? Any unique or one off fabrication jobs, because I like the challenge and enjoy the finished product. * Do you have any specialties? Aluminium Fabrication and pride myself on attention to detail * How would you describe what you do to family and friends? Design and build custom products from aluminium and stainless steel to meet customer specifications/needs, my job is much more than just building it's trays and canopies, although they are a large part of what I do * What's your favourite part about owning a business? Being able to take on lots of new projects for people and having the flexibility to trade as required * What are you most likely to be doing on your days off? Finishing off personal projects either at home or in the workshop, usually automotive related * Favourite movie? Joe Dirt * What's the first thing you're going to do once quarantine is over? Probably go to work (lol) * What's your Sunday drive? 1972 Chrysler Valiant Charger, Magenta.

I do the paperwork.... so nothing Something I have learnt though is never offer to help Pete do a job I've asked him to do for our place.... I rolled 4 of these bad boys today and I'm buggered (they look a treat though surrounding the fruit trees!) * What are you most likely to be doing on your days off? I work a fairly active and busy job so usually I am chilling on the couch watching Grey's Anatomy or doing admin work for the business * Favourite movie? Remember The Titans or anything Disney * What's the first thing you're going to do once quarantine is over? Catch up with my family and friends! * What's your Sunday drive? 1961 Cadillac, 1962 series town car, Teal... once it's finished

06.01.2022 I’ve had this job In for a while and finally pulled the finger out and got it buttoned up. This is a 1928 Manchester 1.5ton truck. I’ve had to make all new sheet metal panels only going off pictures supplied and good images.

04.01.2022 Custom made pre air cleaner for a adventure bike. This filter panel is to trap most of the dust before reaching the main air filter on the bike. This lengthens the time between cleaning of the main filter. It’s also very easy to remove for cleaning or replacing

Firstly, we would like to thank all of our fantastic clients for supporting local business, we appreciate it more than you could ever know We hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year ... For those that are on leave for the festive period and want to get a few projects finished Pete will be at the workshop over Christmas and New Year, only closing the doors on the public holidays, we look forward to seeing you in 2020.
