25.01.2022 Just a reminder that I will be having shoulder surgery on 21st Jan and will not be available for treatments for approximately 2 weeks.

25.01.2022 COVID 19 has caused a big disruption to many peoples lives, however these are necessary steps to help protect the more vulnerable people in the community. I have completed the Health Departments course on COVID 19 and will continue to follow the recommended guidelines.

23.01.2022 I will give this a go for sure. It makes sense to me

22.01.2022 Hi everyone. I will be having surgery on my shoulder on January 21st and will not be available for 2 weeks, possibly more. If you were thinking about getting treatment soon, it would be best to book in before this date.

18.01.2022 During the colder weather it is not as easy to ensure that we are drinking enough water. Water aids your body in many things and is vital for good health. We should be drinking at least 2 litres or 8 cups of water a day.

11.01.2022 Just to let everyone know I am still open. I have completed the Health Department's COVID-19 training and am following the recommendations. If you feeling unwell, I ask that you not make an appointment until you taken the appropriate steps. Thanks

10.01.2022 Hi everyone, it would be great if you could fill this in

09.01.2022 Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year

08.01.2022 This is a stressful time that we are in so I thought that I would share some stress relieving tips. Tip #1: take long deep breathes and pause between the breath out and breathing in again. This pause helps your body to return to the 'rest and digest' (relaxation) mode instead of being in the 'flight or fright' (stressed) mode.
