24.01.2022 Finally able to get home for the first time in 10 months. Didn’t take enough pics, but had to get one with the most photogenic member of the family.

23.01.2022 60 Seconds with Kramer - Ep.25 _ Seems simple, but there are lots of details needed at offer time. Most of it can be organised ahead of time, so you can focus on finding the right property )and paying the right price for it) _ Anything you would like me to cover? Let me know how I can help you ... _ Fine Print - This is not financial / legal advice and whilst many topics are universal this content is created with QLD property in mind. See more

23.01.2022 60 Seconds with Kramer - Ep.29 _ Common complaint I hear. Heres my take on it, and why it might even be a good thing as a buyer. If you are selling, you should really focus on the presentation so that you can avoid every possible objection. _ Anything you would like me to cover? Let me know how I can help you ... _ Fine Print - This is not financial / legal advice and whilst many topics are universal this content is created with QLD property in mind. See more

23.01.2022 Location, location, location! Close enough (but also far enough) to the Brisbane CBD, it’s easy to see the attraction to the Redlands area. Want views like this to be on your doorstep? Get in touch today!... @staceyleong via @redlandsqld See more

22.01.2022 Contrasting grout - yes or no? The darker grout makes this 'Fan' (sometimes called 'fish scale') tiling pop. The rounded tapware, basin and mirror helps tie everything together.... @gjgardnerssydneynorth via @beaumont.tiles See more

22.01.2022 60 Seconds with Kramer - Ep.28 _ Its no secret that being informed helps you make better decisions, but you dont want to guess with what is probably the biggest purchase you will make in your life. _ Anything you would like me to cover? Let me know how I can help you ... _ Fine Print - This is not financial / legal advice and whilst many topics are universal this content is created with QLD property in mind. See more

22.01.2022 Behind every sold sign is a story to tell.. Sometimes I’m lucky enough to be a part of both the beginning and the end. In 2017 I sold Peter and his family this property, in 2020 he reached out to me when they were ready to sell. To me, it’s more than just selling houses, it’s about my clients feeling so pleased they would never consider using anyone else again.

22.01.2022 Interstate sellers are always tough. We have minimal time to get to know each other, and only calls and texts throughout. Communication remains key though. We are also dealing with the fact that every state has different real estate laws and terms which adds another layer of fun. Interstate seller and local buyer all happy in the end.

21.01.2022 This property was on the market a little longer than we had planned but in the end we were able to get a perfect result. Sold for list price and settled 6 days after the tenants vacated. That means the sellers were only without income for less than a week, and the purchasers got to move into a nice professionally cleaned home! If you have real estate questions give me a call at 0431 384 289 or send a DM.

21.01.2022 Dual Living? Large Family? Work From Home? 50 Crown Rd, Alexandra Hills 5 bed | 2 bath | 2 car | Side Access Room for the whole family, and look at that deck More info at my website http://www.peterkramer.com.au or hit the link in bio.

21.01.2022 The best testimonial is repeat business. 2 from 2 for these sellers in the last year or so. Give me a call if I can help you :)

20.01.2022 It's always difficult for investors to take the advice of selling a property without tenants in place. Particularly when the seller has been on the market before without a result. We managed to get an awesome outcome for an interstate seller while keeping their time without income to a minimum. Smiles all round. Give me a call if I can help you with your real estate needs :)

20.01.2022 We had a super quick trip down to Iluka at the weekend to say goodbye to my childhood home (mum and dad have sold up). This is one of the pictures used in the marketing for the sale - taken last year before the fires and then the floods.

19.01.2022 Nephew hangs in Iluka when we were saying goodbye to the house.

19.01.2022 60 Seconds with Kramer - Ep.24 _ The scary building and pest inspection time. The first big hurdle after contract signing. 19.01.2022 We are still selling :) Achieved significantly more than the nearest recent comparable. This is the third time this family and I have worked together so it was awesome to get such an amazing result. Give me a call if I can help you 0431 384 289.

18.01.2022 Testimonial Tuesday. Also known as any excuse to brag.

18.01.2022 Another awesome result for some interstate investment vendors. This one was for sale for 2.5 weeks and sold to a local couple who are looking forward to making it their own. Give us a call, we can help you too.

18.01.2022 Story time: We had this property on the market earlier in the year, for 8 weeks and we didnt sell it. Fast forward to now, sold in 3 weeks - same advertised price, same advertising copy. What did we change? we moved the tenant on, and that allowed us access for professional photography, open homes, and private inspections. Thats all. Presentation and access matters. Lowering the price is usually the first thing suggested, but it is not always the solution.... Let me know if we can help you too. See more

16.01.2022 60 Seconds with Kramer - Ep.27 _ They say timing is everything and its no different in real estate. Keeping your cards close to your chest may seem like a strategy, but remember an agent cant help you if they dont know that you are interested. They also cant help you if another buyer beats you to it. _ Anything you would like me to cover? 11.01.2022 Business as usual? (Yes yet another Coronavirus post in your feed) Health is wealth. Ensure you are working with someone that can limit the risk to your family. Yes you can absolutely still buy and sell property. But it is not business as usual, as many agents in the marketplace are claiming. Every stakeholder - from photographers, to printing, to valuers have changed their procedure and continue to change each day. We have altered our policies as well to fit and go bey...ond the new rules - a lot of which surround the strict vetting of inspections. We intend to do our part to keep everyone safe. Many of the technology related changes that businesses are currently implementing, we were already doing. As proud nerds we have been all over tech, video and social for years so this will not be new territory. Dont let yourself get stuck as someones learning experiment. Give me a call to discuss your options. Lastly, if you are looking to stay where you are, it can be a great time to see if you can do better with your mortgage. Every dollar helps at the moment, and rates are the lowest they have been. Send me a message and I can put you in touch with a mortgage expert. Look after yourselves. Peter. See more

11.01.2022 3rd time working with these awesome sellers. We sold one in Birkdale in 2013, another in Wellington Point in 2014, and another in Wellington Point recently. Reach out if I can help you too :)

10.01.2022 Because the right thing is always the right thing.

10.01.2022 How cool is this? Built in bowls and plumbing for your pets.

10.01.2022 This one was fun. We had awesome sellers that had renovated the property and vacated for the sale campaign. With a young daughter and another baby on the way they needed a bit more space, and we had a deadline that would not move for us. We got there in the end with only a couple of days to spare (and beating the average time on market by 31 days). Im also happy to report that the new addition to the family got to come home to their nice big family home.

09.01.2022 Throwback to Christmas time at home with my (not so) little nephew.

07.01.2022 First home buyer? Save this post If you are on the hunt for your first home, here are a few hot tips to get you into your first home sooner! 1 Do your research! Be sure to check out any grants you may be eligible for as a first home buyer.... 2 Know your budget! Keep in mind you will have extra costs such as conveyancing and fees. It’s a great idea to get in touch with a mortgage broker who can talk you through any associated costs and begin a pre approval so you know how much you have to work with. 3 Be flexible! Realistically your first home may not tick all of your dream home boxes. Being flexible and willing to make some compromises will make for a smoother and process for yourself. 4 Have fun! Buying your first home is an awesome achievement. Be sure to enjoy the process and before you know it you’ll be enjoying moving into your very own home. Still feeling overwhelmed? Get in touch! 06.01.2022 Exposed brick? Yes or no? I remember not that long ago the first thing that was done when renovating a home was to cover the brick. Either with render / cladding externally, or with plasterboard internally. Now we are seeing the opposite. Brick being left uncovered, and new builds with exposed brick as a major design element. ... Hard wearing and low maintenance makes brick a great option :) @basisbuilders @tatjanaplitt @beaandcostyle See more

05.01.2022 Testimonial Tuesday time again. We did have some hiccups with this one, but as long as everyone involved keeps communicating most problems can be solved.

04.01.2022 60 Seconds with Kramer - Ep.26 _ Its a well known real estate rule, but its becoming more important as buyers prefer to do more and more research without first speaking to an agent. 03.01.2022 New addition. Not really my 'usual' style of guitar so I had to get the bright orange one to be as metal as possible
