22.01.2022 The West Australian newspaper reports today high profile lawyer Linda Black saying many WA judges and lawyers must be "quaking in their boots"following the Dyson Heydon scandal saying sexism and misogyny were common in the industry. Unfortunately, we also have another serious problem in Australia which is Self Regulation of the Legal Profession which needs to be replaced by a much better and fairer system than Self Regulation.

15.01.2022 It is a nonsense argument for anyone ( particularly judges or lawyers ) to say if a parent who commits serious crimes such as contempt of court or perjury in the Family Court you should not punish the parent who commits the contempt of court or perjury as that would be also punishing the children. The majority of prisoners in prisons in Australia would also be parents who have children and that has never been legally an excuse for not giving them a prison sentence for a serio...us crime they have committed. Perjury is one of the most serious of criminal offences as it often results in the commission of another very serious offence namely the perverting of the course of justice. Perjury in the Family Court probably only helps lawyers to maximise fees they can charge clients running into many tens of thousands of dollars with cases running on for years and years, This may possibly also explain why lawyers who have the legal duty to act in their clients best interests are reported as often failing to advise their clients who are victims of perjury in the Family Court to lodge criminal complaints of perjury with the Federal or State Police for investigation and prosecution. 11.01.2022 I was a victim of a $1million fraud. When the WA Police Minister wrote complaining on my behalf to APRA, ASIC, Federal Police and State Police they all wrote back to him lying saying they had no jurisdiction. The Police Minister knowing that they were lying to him then sought the legal opinion of the WA State Solicitor which proves they were all lying. Margaret Quirk LLB MLA ( a former lawyer with the Australian Crime Commission ) then obtained a copy of the State Solicitors legal opinion for me from the said Police Minister.
