25.01.2022 It’s a sign! Modern problems require modern solutions. For those that didn’t know; our Display Homes have been OPEN the entirety of Covid-19. Construction is classified as essential and at Dale Alcock we do not want you to be another number once the crisis ends and businesses return to usual. For weeks I’ve been one of the only displays open on the street, and the astute amongst you have been taking full advantage of this for in-depth information and design meetings. Dale...’s colours are usually blue, but these yellow numbers should make the point loud and clear; though I’m not sure how the bossman feels about us rocking West Coast Eagles colours... We are open 12-5pm Saturday, Sunday AND Monday! See you at 18 Ashford St, Stockland Vale at Aveley!

24.01.2022 Happy Tuesday. There’s enough panic inducing articles out there. I prefer to focus on what is real. After a few in depth conversations over the weekend this was a refreshing read. What do you think?

22.01.2022 Happy Mother’s Day and with it more good news in WA! Mark McGowan’s excellent leadership sees WA well ahead of the curve. As I have said throughout, what’s YOUR Covid plan? The movers and shakers haven’t stopped; the time to do something is now! On today’s theme of strong leadership (from your mum, from the WA government and from Dale himself) the horse hasn’t bolted. Always happy to talk houses and how you can get ahead.

20.01.2022 Got a funny one for those on lockdown this sunny Thursday. My uncle is a surgeon; one of the nurses has an African fighting fish in an aquarium. She calls it Dale. She said they called it that because it was always building in the tank. She named it after Dale Alcock... It might be business as UNusual, but we are still meeting clients both in person and remotely. And we are still building new homes. I am more then happy to talk through the best options and scenarios as they affect you!

17.01.2022 Dales are hiring! It's been crazy times under Covid but we are opening new display homes and need to grow our team! Happy to talk opportunities in the industry; call me on 0438438208 for a chat. https://www.dalealcock.com.au/recruitment/... https://www.seek.com.au/job/41340843

17.01.2022 How good is our NEW Dale Alcock display opening in the Aspley Estate by QUBE in Mandogolup! What’s YOUR favourite feature? #itsadales

13.01.2022 Master Builders WA welcomes the recent State Government announcement made today, April 26 regarding releasing restrictions on the number of people permitted to ...visit display homes. From tomorrow April 27, display homes and villages will be open with cautious easing of restrictions with a limit of up to 10 people. Appropriate social distancing and good hygiene will be implemented to ensure we stop the spread. 11.01.2022 Thought for the day; GFBC!!! Now is the time to stop thinking and start your property journey! Dale Alcock Homes

10.01.2022 No wonder the North-East corridor is the fastest growing in WA, and has been a stable platform for clients in a stagnant market. Don’t miss the train (literally)!

09.01.2022 Our office ninja Mel snapped this at Dale Alcock Central yesterday. Covid-19 rules are an unusual challenge, but we are still helping people every day achieve their dream of home ownership in a Dales! Private showroom tours and display openings have been very popular. As we are limited to one group at a time, please reach out on 0438438208 so I can ensure you are well looked after and receive the very best! - Peter

05.01.2022 Just to underline the point (with a thick black line!) our displays are OPEN! We are still following strict directives; no more than 10 people in the home at a time, and we must take a register so that in the event of an exposure we can contact you. To embrace my inner nerd, a quote from my favourite sci-fi setting comes to mind: To make the right decision is commendable, the wrong decision regrettable. To make no decision is unforgivable...... What is your Covid plan? How are YOU taking advantage of the lowest interest rates in history, an abundance of financial packages available from banks and some of the best value house and land packages that have ever been seen? The reality is that after this pandemic has passed, some people will have grabbed the opportunity with both hands, others will be in the same position they are now. You can make things happen, watch things happen or wonder what happened... don’t get left behind. #dalealcockhomes

05.01.2022 I’m like a kid on Christmas Eve... Tomorrow’s going to be an interesting day! Mark that one in your calendar!!! https://7news.com.au//govt-announces-688m-homebuilder-pack

04.01.2022 And the opportunities keep coming. I say it again; what’s YOUR Covid plan?

03.01.2022 I’ve been in back to back to back meetings all weekend; here’s why! To help get new homes under construction, Mark McGowan has introduced a $20,000 Building Bonus grant for any Western Australia to build a new house or purchase a property in a single-tier development already under construction. The grants will be available until the end of the year, and will not be means tested and have no cap on property value.... They will be on top of the Federal Government's $25k HomeBuilder Grants, as well as WA’s $10k First Home Owner Grants and first home buyer duty concession, meaning someone who qualifies for all four could access up to $69,440 in Government assistance to help build their first home. Simply put, these grants are about getting as many new projects off the ground as possible, and keeping as many WA jobs intact as we can. So for those of you who like to scroll: TLDR - $55k towards your new build if you are a first homebuyer (of which 40% of my clients are...) - $45k towards you’d new build no matter who you are!!! My phone has been burning since the federal government announcement earlier in the week. 0438438208. Don’t be the loser that misses a once in a lifetime opportunity!
