Built in the early 1900’s, our building was home to the Bank of Australasia, now known as National Australia Bank (NAB). It has five safes throughout the premises, and this front room was where the bank tellers served customers. 05.01.2022 When purchasing or selling a property, there are two types of offers available: conditional or unconditional. Here’s the difference, and why it matters Conditional offers are subject to conditions specified by the buyer that the seller must meet. Common conditions include finance, building and/or pest inspections; and even the sale of a different property. If conditions are not met by a certain time period, the contract becomes invalid.... On the other hand, when purchasing at an auction, all offers are unconditional. Unconditional offers can also be made outside of auction environments, and have a higher chance of being accepted since they’re less likely to fall through. These also come with a time period.
