19.01.2022 Just finished this little 1 bed unit. It was lived in by a smoker so everything was stained yellow from the tobacco...was a lot of prep getting this one done. Timber sash windows were painted inside and out. Used stain blocker and oil based undercoat and then finished with a water based system.
