08.01.2022 Another reason why you should always use a trained and experienced roofer to complete works on your roof. This roof was restored and painted prior to house going on the market, the customer thought it had been done properly but the Building inspector noted some issues and sale would not go through till it was rectified. I repointed the areas that needed doing, replaced many broken tiles and fixed some other minor issues. It is important to maintain your roof especially coming up to storm season. I offer obligation free inspections and reports on roofs.
