22.01.2022 This is an elevator foil for the Sting 600 trimaran. It's a NACA section and forms a T foil on the rudder.

12.01.2022 Been very busy between analysing large trailers for mining equipment and designing a new patient lifter. The trailers are getting bigger and bigger! Here's an axle for one of them. Its nearly 2m long and weighs just under 1000kg. I've also been fixing some cupboards at home in which the hinges broke.

11.01.2022 Working on a few things at the moment. Nearly got our new shed complete. Then I'll have some workshop space to build the 2 new routers I have on the way. Been working on a finger maze for a friend. It's in a cat form as she is very cat centric. I'm about to start two wings for a trimaran, the Sting 600. These will be quite complex as they are a V foil with dihedral.

08.01.2022 Wrapped up 2018 and have had a break visiting family. Finished the Wing plugs for the hydrofoil, the reports for the engineering projects and nearly completed the sundry jobs list! I suppose if I completed my lists I'd have nothing to do in 2019!! The main push at the moment is to get the benchtop CNC platform running. Brevis #1 is running and complete and will be used as demo machine in the Brisbane Timber and Working with Wood Show https://www.brisbaneshowgrounds.com.au//timber-and-working This event will be used as a launch for the Tetra Motion products. Now the Brevis model is complete I need to get back to the full sheet model called Maximus. Carbon-Works looks forward to an interesting 2019. So far one interesting enquiry is to be involved in carbon fibre running appliances for amputees. Never know whats coming up next!!

04.01.2022 These are the parts for a white board that is shaped like a guitar. Its for the Gold Coast Acoustic Club open mic listings.

02.01.2022 Our garage/workshop is nearly complete. We turned on the power last week so I have already started evening projects. I have two Brevis desktop CNC's to build and an extra kit to box and stock. One part of the shed will be Leonies Honey Room. We have started extracting our own honey for the gate stall which is a sticky process!!
