25.01.2022 Jamie Furness has sat his HQ on Pole for the odd numbers at the HQ Nationals with a fresh set of tyres Buffed by Petes Tyre Buffing..... The new buff profiles seem to be working a treat...

22.01.2022 Tip No.1......... anyone getting tyres buffed, don't bother balancing them until they've been buffed. A good machine will also "True" the tyre face to put it back to round & will also need to be balanced afterwards. Just had the classic example on a Kenda. This applies to all tyres. Remember we also Fit & Balance tyres.

18.01.2022 First set of Yokohama A048 tyres done.... Look at the finish were getting with the Rasp machine.... Tyres are firstly cut down using the Amermac close to the required depth & then we finish them off with the B & J Rocket Rasp machine...... The finish is 2nd to none.

14.01.2022 Here we have a Yokohama A048 being finished off by the Rasp machine....we're getting an awesome finish & better footprint out of the tyres. Remember we can angle buff, square off the edges, round the edges etc. etc. with the perfect finish tyre after tyre.

Both drivers racing on tyres buffed by Petes Tyre Buffing!!! Remember, "no buff too tuff" here at Petes... Also would like to add that Petes Tyre Buffing setup the full handling package this year for Jamies HQ & the results speak for themselves.

09.01.2022 The Amermac 711 machine has been setup today in the workshop & will be tested for the next few days ready to crank out those tyres. We already have 3 orders for HQ Kendas & 2 orders of Gemini Yokohamas to prepare for & expect more very soon. Just remember......No Buff Too Tough......

06.01.2022 Some HQ tyres buffed to customers specifications.... Remember we can punch out tyre after tyre to exactly the same tread depth & identical buff. Whether that be angle buff, squarer edges, rounded edges etc.....Something you can never do by hand buffing... The Amermac gives a perfect finish every time with a "Trued" tyre..... as witnessed by a fair few customers
