16.01.2022 PETFLIGHTS AND COVID-19 UPDATED NEW ZEALAND INFORMATION 23/03 As countries begin to restrict entry and airlines suspend/cancel flights, we are now only able to confirm certain bookings. ... We can no longer accept bookings heading to Europe or North America from 26 March to 30 June. We can no longer accept New Zealand bookings until further notice. We have limited flights available to Taiwan and parts of Asia at this point and can continue to try and work with airlines to get your pets back to their home. This also includes domestic flights for the foreseeable future. We will continue to monitor the situation and speak with airlines to make sure we are ready when pets can again fly. Please feel free to get in touch with any questions or worries you may have about your pets' travel, and email the below address for bookings after these dates (or to be on the waiting list if airlines open their flights back up early). All current customers will be emailed in regards to putting bookings on hold or rescheduling within the week, but these changes do not affect anyone currently booked in with a confirmed flight. We can't wait to get back into full swing as soon as possible, but are appreciative of the measures being put in place to save lives. In the wake of this devastating illness going around, it is understandable our clients may be worried their pet's flights are going to be cancelled. As of today, no flights have been affected, and we will continue to keep our clients updated on their individual circumstances. ... All pets travelling to New Zealand for the time being need to be picked up and cleared by a local, or someone who has been in the country for 14 days or more. Owners on the same flight cannot clear their own pets. We are determined to make sure this pandemic doesn't affect our customers' plans and will do what we can to make sure any changes are made swiftly and stress-less as possible!
