The trick to making Vet visits relatively stress free with your cat is to create a positive association with their carrier. This is easiest when done from kitten but you can also start to desensitise them at different li...fe stages. STEP 1: Have your carrier in a common area of the house so your cat gets used to it being around and can get familiar with it. STEP 2: Make mealtime in the crate with the door open so they feel comfortable to leave at any time. STEP 3: Make the crate part of playtime by throwing their toys in and around the crate STEP 4: When treating your cat try tossing their treat into the crate every now and then STEP 5: Take your kitten out for little car trips in the car while in their crate
