15.01.2022 IT’S PETS NOT PEOPLE AT PETMANIA It’s great news that we are able to remain open but it has meant changes to how we practice and interact with our wonderful clients. We have temporarily become a staff only building. Call before you come into the clinic for any reason Do not come to the clinic if you are sick, have recently travelled by plane or are in self-isolation or quarantine. Do not worry, we can still help. We will come up with a plan that keeps everyone protected.... Please look for, read and follow our signs. Be patient with our phones, we are doing our best not to leave you waiting too long. Follow the directions of our team members Be assured we are looking after your pets and they are still getting plenty of treats inside with us. Stay healthy & safe and stay at home! See more

14.01.2022 FAREWELL MIDAS Some of you may remember Midas - our original clinic cat. He arrived as a kitten and was about the same age as the vet surgery. He made himself at home from the very first day. He spent 4 years at Petmania but after learning to open the sliding door on the consult room he ended up going home with Dr Tanya and became a much-loved member of her family at home. He spent many years ruling the Saccasan household and overseeing the family dogs as well. He picke...d Dr Tanya's daughter, Jordana, as his closest companion and slept in her bed every night. He even was a faithful study buddy for both Jordana and Jerah during remote learning this year. He was 16.5 years young and left us with so many wonderful memories. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our gorgeous boy earlier today but he will forever be in our hearts. We miss you MIdas See more

09.01.2022 So sorry! Please bare with us. Our phones are cutting in and out at random. We have been advised it’s a Brisbane wide Telstra issue. If you are having trouble connecting please keep trying and we will do our very best to get back to you!

08.01.2022 Whilst restrictions have eased, allowing us to do the same, it is still not exactly business as normal. In order to maintain social distancing and safety for you and our team, we are now able to conduct ‘In-Person’ Consultations again. Due to the size of our consultation rooms this enables ONE person to accompany your pet/s, into the clinic. In order to maintain a safe reception area we are still asking for you to remain in your car and phone the clinic on arrival. We w...ill bring you and your pet straight through to the consultation room, once it has been cleaned after the previous visit. Unfortunately will are unable to have you and your pets waiting in the reception area at this time, as we are doing our best to minimise that number of people present in this room. We ask that you be aware of social distancing before, during and after your consultation. With this in mind, there may be occasions whereby some of your pet’s examination may need to be done away from the consult room and we appreciate your understanding and patience during this times. For anyone that prefers to remain in their car, we are still more than happy to have a team member bring your pet in and out of the clinic and discuss the case by phone with you. We have been so appreciative of the understanding of all our wonderful clients during this Covid pandemic, and we are very thankful for your ongoing support and acceptance of the necessary changes. We are looking forward to the continued easing of restrictions but we are taking it seriously, and as such slowly, as everyone’s health is very important to us. Please call our team on 3264 6700 if you have any concerns or queries.

07.01.2022 Happy Friday from the beautiful Loki
