25.01.2022 A lovely story when we help save a beautiful animal back in 2016 and they recover perfectly. We received this video today for Lucys birthday, we assisted her with a leg injury that would have most likely meant euthanasia without our help. Looks like she is very happy girl. Happy birthday beautiful and thanks for the video. Adventure All Stars Charity TV Global PETstock Walt Collins #adventureallstarstv #charitytvglobal #petstock #savingpetstochangetheworld

19.01.2022 Beau- Dental can be the end for a 12-year-old boy, but not with PMC around. 12-year-old Beau has not been eating and been really unwell. PMC was contacted after Melanie took her beloved boy for a diagnosis at Heidelberg Veterinary Clinic. One of the many cases we have helped with severe dental issues PMC knew we had to get some help for the loving owner of the King Charles spaniel. Melanie who is on a disability pension struggles to pay the bills normally, so when a large...r unexpected one for her boy came up she had no idea how she would afford to help him. He is my only family since my mother died many years ago when I was young. I love him dearly; he is so precious to me. Said Melanie. With great help from the Heidelberg Veterinary Clinic, we were all able to relax knowing that the support dog Beau could get home to her mum and be ready for action. Our animals are more than pets, they are necessary, loved, and needed. Our cases are wonderful humans who have often had a tough go at things and just a bit of help and kindness helps greatly. Please share what we are and comment where you can it all helps us grow. Thank you for all your support. 16.01.2022 Boo- A Little helper has severe knee injury that owners desperate to help. Julie and her husband are both on disability pensions. They adore their little fox terrier cross and he makes their lives so much better in so many ways. At the ripe old age of 12 Boo is a lively boy who loves life with his older parents. After Boo was given to Julie back in 2012 he has been the centre of their lives. Both owners are hearing impaired so Boo alerts them to things like the door,... or if someone is approaching the property. When Julie found Boo lying lame after he had been running around, the very stressed owners knew it was serious. Julie took Boo to the Maffra Vet clinic where she was told that he had badly injured his cruciate ligament and would need surgery. Thankfully PMC were contacted and we knew this case was within our area to help manage. Boo is the world to both Julie and her husband, they wouldnt know what to do without him around. The vets told us after they met with them. Boo is now recovering well and as the photos show he now has a scar almost as long as his entire body The stress for so many owners on a pensions is often too much to bear when their animals need help. PMC is there to help, and owners like these beautiful people can give their pet the best chance they can of survival. Thanks to the wonderful vets that enable us to change the lives of these humans. 15.01.2022 Fara- The playful failed guide dog is a huge success as a companion pet. Fara is a gorgeous girl. The black lab who is now 7 was trained to be a guide dog but didnt succeed because she loves to play way too much. Fara is now a companion dog for Monique suffers from some mental health issues and Fara has been an amazing help to her. Monique has lost both of her parents recently and its been extra hard on her as her father was her primary carer. Fara is my companion... dog, she means everything to me. Fara is all I have. Monique said to PMC. Fara suffers from arthritis and also has very long hairs in her ears that have caused infection in the past, but it is the urgent dental problems that sent Monique to the local vets in need of help. The Warby Veterinary Practice was an amazing help to Fara and took on the case that Pet Medical Crisis had been asked to manage. Thankfully the adorable Lab had the procedure to help her dental situation and she is now back with her very relieved mum Monique. Often we see cases where the owner is so reliant on their animals for love and support that all they need is a little assistance to get them through very difficult times. Pet Medical Crisis is here to be a service that does more than pay vet bills we help the owners manage to get through these times. Owners in necessitous circumstances truly need our help, and in order to help we need your support. 14.01.2022 Max- Helps mums mental health every day. Martine adopted her cat Max from the Lort Smith when he was 7 months old. Max has been great support for Martine who is on a disability pension. He keeps her feeling loved and comforted. Max got hurt managing to injure his neck and underneath his jaw. The nasty wound needed attention. Being on a very limited income Martine was very concerned about what needed to be done to help Max. During the cats check up however, it w...as discovered he had a terrible dental issues and would need some serious teeth extractions to help him going forward. Once PMC were contacted we managed to get the second opinion at our amazing friends from Southern Animal Health, who as always gave our case a very generous discount. Max very much helps me with my mental health, he gives me a reason, a responsibility, hes my flat mate, my best friend, hes funny, and sometimes moody old man hah Hes independent and a mummys boy. Without out any children, yes he is everything to me. He is my world. Max needed to have four teeth extracted and strong antibiotics for the neck injury. The feline boy can now get back to his mum and hopefully stay out trouble. Thanks to the team at SAH once again your work is so greatly appreciated in supporting our cause. 12.01.2022 It has been a blessed 7 years for parents Thilini and Shenal who have given and been given unconditional love by their boy Snoopy. "He means the world to us. This is our child as we have no children. Snoopy has been nothing but a blessing in all our life. Thats why we are getting all the help we can from friends and family and used up all our savings and even a vet pay loan. The easiest thing to do is give up the fight but as you can see our Snoopy is our Life so we are fi...ghting with him as hes fighting for us. This came out of nowhere. Hes an energetic and a full of life Dog. So please be sympathetic to the devastating situation we are in and help us to save Our Boy. We are so broke now we have no way to turn but you. Thank you, Thilini and Shenal" Pet Medical Crisis have been so touched by this couples quest and donated $1,000 at VRH Dandenong enabling his last chance and 36 hours in ICU. Sadly this evening Snoopys Mum and Dad held their boy as they said their final heartbreaking farewells to give their darling boy their final gift - a blissful sleep. 10.01.2022 A beautiful Wednesday hump day case. Let us know about your pet experiences. "Oscar Adopted boy a huge value to Julies mental and physical health. Julie recently adopted Oscar who is a 5yo American Bulldog. He was a mistreated soul who Julie wanted to save from a life of pain. He was a happy boy even though he has had a rough life until he had a issue nobody wants, a Penile Prolapse which can be very serious. Oscar was taken to the vets at Animal Clinic Maffra who as a...lways are very caring and generous. Oscar needed to be de-sexed immediately or it would be dire. Julie who is on a disability pension suffers from for fibromyalgia and mental health issues and is unable to work, making funds tight. Once Julie spent all the money she had on trying to get Oscar the help needed she was very relieved when PMC approved the application and engaged to help her and her pup. I put a post on facebook telling my friends to donate where they could, I really dont know how to thank yous . (Pet Medical Crisis) Julie wrote to us. Understanding the true value animals add to our lives Julie even has a letter from a psychologist mentioning how important Lucy (Julies 2 year old dog) has been and continues to be to her mental health. 10.01.2022 Dexter- A stunning cat not a serial killer. Andrew bought the tiny kitten he called Dexter from a breeder in Ringwood when he was just three months old. Dexter now 10 years old, is a super happy and friendly cat that never seems to be grumpy and is nicknamed the purr machine due to his constant loud happy sounds when patted. Andrew has always been a hard worker and at the moment due to COVID-19, he has been out of work as he does all he can to pay to live and pay the ...bills. Andrew noticed that his best friend was not eating and was in a very sad and solemn mood that he had never seen before. Immediately Andrew knew there was a problem and took Dexter to the Lord Smith vets to have him checked. I only have one cat now and do not want to lose him, and hope these issues stop reoccurring as it is putting a huge financial strain on me. I really thought I was going to lose my second cat in the past month but fortunately, he is coming home at 4pm today, which I am very thrilled about, Ive lost too many people close to me from cancer so this is a great outcome. Thanks again Jennifer for the help from Pet Medical Crisis, absolutely appreciated. Andrew said to us. Thankfully we had a great result and the Purr machine can hopefully do just that for many more years to come. As so much hardship surrounds so many of us this is when we need to help those less fortunate where we can. Thanks to The Lort Smith and you for following and sharing our mission. It is so very important for people to have the love of their animals at this time in their lives. 09.01.2022 Imshe- A fluffy therapy bunny helps bring a family closer. Every animal matters when helping peoples health and well being especially, yes even a rabbit makes a huge difference. Jane is a Single Parent who shares care with the other parent of her child (a toddler). Janes current partner has cancer that was discovered in March. Jane has lost most of her work due to the COVID crisis and has really struggled emotionally over this extremely tough time. Imshe is a flop rab...bit that Jane has had for several months now and has been a great help to both Jane and Janes toddler. The therapy rabbit helps with the bonding the young child has with Jane and calms them as they spend time together. Jane has a deep love for the bunny and Imshe goes everywhere with her, in her car, to work, absolutely everywhere. Recently in a minor scrap with Janes dog, the rabbit was accidentally injured, it meant her eye was badly damaged. Jane having limited funds didnt know what to do until she came across us at Pet Medical Crisis. After the application was finalised PMC helped to control the situation and manage the case along with the wonderful help from the Vets at Sunbury Veterinary Clinic She is not locked in a cage 24/7, she is free like a cat in a house and cuddles up to her on the couch and snoozes with her. Even with this injury, this bunny was full of life and affectionate towards Jane. The love that she was showing her was amazing and I truly believe that this is what has kept her alive. Said a friend. Thankfully the vets were able to carefully remove the damaged eye and repair the wound. Imshe is so important to her owner that we are very glad we were part of the process to help the cute fluffy friend. As Imshe recovers it reminds us all that all these amazing animals are so necessary to their owners and their health both physical and mental. Thanks to all involved in helping our mission and we wish Imshe and her family all the very best. 08.01.2022 Shadow- After being terribly injured this adoring cat looked sure to be finished which would have broken his mums heart. When somebody really loves their animals they will do anything to help them when they are in trouble, anything. Shannon adores her animals and her quirky cat named Shadow is the apple of her eye. Shadow is not sure that he is a cat, he plays with the dogs, plays fetch and even keeps his head out of the car window when Shannon drives. Shadow was ...missing for several days and Shannon was beside herself with worry, the overly clingy cat hardly leaves her side. After a constant search for him, Shadow was eventually found trying to climb his way under the small gap below the roller door. Since he had broken his leg so badly the poor boy was unable to bend it and get fully under the door. Shannon instantly realised he had been hit by a car and was in terrible pain while being seriously injured. Without the funds due to being unemployed for 2 years and having some very tough obstacles over that period, Shannon planned to sell her car to pay for the surgery to save her Spirit animal. Shannon had sold all her jewelry and borrow every cent she could from those who had anything they could lend her. Then she came across a little charity called Pet Medical Crisis. I would do whatever it takes to get him the care he needs I by far dont think that its fair he should lose an arm because I cant come up with a few thousand dollars. I would never allow that to happen. I was about to sell my car to cover surgery before I stumbled across your site its pretty bad, to be honest. Shannon said when she applied for PMC help. Im actually and always have been a dog person and then I met shadow the first cat to mutually love me as much as I love him. Shannon rated her stress levels at 10,000 out of 10 prior to getting PMCs help. After the application was processed and approved, PMC took over managing the case and getting the very sore cat to the team at Lort Smith for their expert help. The vets did a fantastic job in saving Shadows leg and taking care of the other serious injuries he had. PMC is very happy to say that Shadow is now recovering very slowly from what could have ended his life prematurely, and left a giant hole in the animal-loving Shannons big heart. Often very kind people find themselves in terrible situations and their animals are the difference in them having a life, or simply existing. PMC is there to help those who need it most so please get behind us anyway you can. Thanks to all those who have helped and continue to help us in our mission. 08.01.2022 Rainy wet day in Victoria. What do you do with your pooch when it rains? Photos please.

06.01.2022 ‘Locky’- Vital companion to a single pensioner. Fay has been a great supporter and follower of Pet Medical Crisis over the years. Recently she found herself on the other side of the fence, requiring some help for her 12- year old toy poodle. Like many of the cases we assist, ‘Locky’ was in need of some pretty urgent dental care to get him back to health. Being on an aged and disability pension the cancer survivor was reluctant when asking for our help. Locky means everythi...ng to me . He is a little gentleman. Not having children nor family in Victoria he fills a very important part of my heart. I can confirm Locky spent the day @ SAH as he needed to get too many teeth removed. Fay explained after he little guy had been taken care of. Southern Animal Health were once again fantastic in the help and care the gave to our charity and to ‘Locky’ and Fay. The senior dog is recovering well and appears to have a new lease on life with many fewer teeth. Please share or donate where you can as it is so desperately needed. 05.01.2022 Gingie- Even a Supercat sometimes crashes. Angel is the carer for three wonderful kids. All three kids are amazing autistic children with complex medical needs, which means that Angel is unable to work while she takes great care of the kids. The children and Angel rely heavily on their animals who manage to help keep calm in the house. Gingie has been a member of the family for 12 months and in that time has been a loved and valued part of the team. Gingie had a previo...us owner who sadly passed away and left her cat to Angel, which made it even more important to do whatever was needed to ensure the cats ongoing welfare. Playful Gingie was enjoying some fun times with the other cats in the house when he tried to launch himself like Supercat through the air and managed to knock a glass vase, which fell and cut his leg. Angel took Gingie to her local vet for a diagnosis and was told the operation could be as high as $5000. Living a hotspot COVID-19 zone in the suburbs of Melbourne life has even been harder for Angel and the kids, and the added stress of thinking they would have to say goodbye to her beautiful cat caused her to break down. The kids cried for 3 days while they awaited what to do to help Gingie. Pet Medical Crisis was contacted to help manage the case so the first thing we did was get another quote from one of the vet hospitals we adore, Southern Animal Health. SAH was beyond belief and offered the lowest price and best service around which Angel and PMC jumped at. The kids cried for the 3 days that Gingie wasnt here as did I. Not only due the financial worry but also the loss of my companion after the kids have gone to bed and having him to snuggle my daily struggles away. I missed his meow. I literally felt like I was losing my child. Angel shared with us. Due to some tendon damage with the cut on his leg Gingie needed some very serious work done by the skilled doctor and veterinary staff. Thankfully the affectionate cat is now in recovery and soon to be once again flying through the air again. Children who suffer from mental health issues often respond very positively to animals and the pets they have can mean the world of difference to how they grow up and flourish into adults. PMC is very glad we can help this team stay together and we wish them all the happiness they deserve. Boots belongs to my son. My son loves his dog they have grown up together. For the sake of my son I did everything that I could to save Boots life and nurse him back to health. Estelle told us. Thanks to the Veterinary team at the Castlemaine practice who helped this case, as they often do, Boots has now a new lease on life and pain free. Have you had your pets teeth checked? 03.01.2022 Have you adopted an animal that was mistreated? Tell us about how you managed to help them. Bam Bam has had a tough life early on. This large boy is a Great Dane Cross who was beaten with everything, including plastic bottles which he still cowers from to this day. After Peta met him by chance at a gararge sale she was able to adopt him and change his life. Because the big boy is very anxious he had developed a very serious ulcer on his leg from licking constantly. After ...trying to fix it every way she could Peta realised a vet was now necessary. Suffering from an autoimmune disease Peta is unable to work which makes funds super tight. The Castlemaine vets were fantastic as always led by Dr .Yvette, thankfully they applied for our help which we offered immediately. I hate the idea of having to ask for help from anyone, but sadly we dont have a choice at this point. We love Bam and he loves us and we just want him to be well and happy, after such a rocky start. Thank you for your time ,kindest regards Thanks to help from a local rescue group called MAAW also for the huge efforts in helping. Bam Bam has been treated Castlemaine Vet Clinic, and is back home recovering and thankfully not licking his wounds.
