22.01.2022 ARTIE'S PEA SIZED POLYP - CAN YOU HELP US! Imagine having a pea stuck in your ear? An infected pea, like an abscess. Twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.... Uncomfortable, right? This was the case for Artie. Until we rescued him. ________________________ Artie has already had the operation - he was in such discomfort that we couldn't wait. But now we are in a small financial pickle and we could use your help. If you can support our campaign to recoup Arti's specialist and emergency vet fees, we'd be grateful. And I know that if Artie could talk, he'd let you know for sure just how much happier he is. If you'd like to donate by credit card or paypal, you can click on the link below and you will be taken to Artie's fundraising page. The link will also tell you a littlemore about Artie's story and how all of this came to be. Of course, if that's not your thing, that's Ok too. We are still most able to accept donations by bank transfer and all donations over $2 are tax deductible. Cheltenham Cat Rescue 313 140 12086514 Ref: Artie https://chuffed.org/project/arties-polyp

16.01.2022 Bugs Bunny loved them. But did you know, carrots are a sometimes treat and not an everyday food for your pet rabbit? Your rabbit needs to eat his or her own bod...yweight in grass hay daily. It’s essential for dental and digestive health. Your rabbit also needs a handful of fresh greens morning and night. Vary the greens offered. Good food choices include spinach, bok choy, cauliflower leaves, cabbage and brussel sprout leaves. Carrot and fruit should only be fed occasionally and in small quantities as treats because they are high in sugar and can cause obesity. Love your pet and know what they need to be happy and healthy: http://agriculture.vic.gov.au/pets/other-pets/rabbits Tell us your pet rabbit's favourite food combination.
