11.02.2022 A dreamy house sitting job in such lovely surrounds... I like, no.... I LOVE my job!!!!

09.02.2022 Loving the new sit... cattle, working dogs, wide open spaces and a storm bearing down on us... just awesome.

29.01.2022 My roomy last night at a new sit... so cuddly and soft with a loud rumble purr... Molly

22.01.2022 So cold... snuggling into my bed... so Sue made me a new jacket!!

22.01.2022 Blessed to have looked after this farm stay again... well Sophie the Pug runs the farm... we just help her....

20.01.2022 And this is the beautiful Bella (Bailey's 'sister'), who i have loved to play tag with, to act like a child with as we romp and swim. What a blessing to care for such beautiful creatures!

19.01.2022 Loving the current Farmstay... chooks, cats, budgies and a love bird... time to admire creation and get our fingers dirty yet again

19.01.2022 Whaaaat! All our jobs are cancelled... we've no more pets to care for, no more puddles to run through, no more work!!!!??? The corona virus has resulted in a ban on travel, isolation, and the loss of over 1 million jobs! God help Australia.

17.01.2022 Loved our recent sit at Shammah Farmstay and Caravan Park in Ramsay. Perfect time to watch the seasons change and the rains roll in... missing their Pug, Sophie, who we love as our own. What a blessing to work on the land, with the livestock. Thanks Allan and Joan for trusting us with it all

17.01.2022 So priviledged to be out in the country again: minding about 20 caged birds, 6 cats and 3 dogs in a setting with rolling wheatfields, and endless horizons... storms in the offing too... whooppee!

17.01.2022 Even farm sitters need a break, so we had two amazingly relaxing days "free camping" at Nobby ($5 per day). It's one of our favourite haunts, and the new owners have ensured the pub is well loved and looked after. And the rains finally came for this reminder for area - turning the landscape into an Eden overnight!

13.01.2022 I'm back! It is time to get back to work... so meet my precious "baby"... looking after Bailey these past 2 weeks has been an absolute delight and snuggling is a treat! Looking into those eyes has felt like I've looked into God's heart

13.01.2022 Yet another household of fur- and feathered- babes to love and play with... what a joy to care for creatures great and small...

12.01.2022 Currently jobless and loving it! We have time to contemplate the universe, to hug and hold each other and to just be grateful for all we have. This Corona Virus has crippled the world in so many ways... but right now, we have eachot j er and together, we will get through this. If we can help in any way, just call!

12.01.2022 Loving these horses is a priviledge... and their whinnies, happy snorts and belly chortles encourage me to spoil them with carrots amd apple treats!

11.01.2022 I love the powerful music, the emotions it invokes, the sweet harmonies... wish i could understand Italian but i loved this... enjoy

10.01.2022 My farm sit here west of Southbrook is spectacular... i'm loving the birds who welcome in each new day with beautiful songs of joy and sing praises to their Maker all day long, the fresh country air, veils of mist, bright warm sunshine that warms my old bones, and the feeling of space and freedom. It must be something similar but profoundly lesser in degree, to what heaven will be like. The Lord is coming back... we have to be ready!

08.01.2022 Man is called to work and not be idle, to care for the earth and animals... but how can you call this 'work' when it is so very enjoyable? I love what i do...

06.01.2022 It is with great sadness that i am (temporarily?) closing this service due to the passing of my giant of a husband and the love of my life. If you need help, please feel free to contact me but I'm likely to be closed for business till end of August at least. Bless you.

06.01.2022 Feeling at home in Hodgson Vale for the past two weeks... unsettling days ahead for the entire world as we face the Corona Virus pandemic. What peace and tranquility reigns on the land though, as urbanites panic shop, and prepare for the unknown... there is a certain surety about working the land, feeding and the animals and watching the sun rise and set every day... may God bring us through this all soon.

03.01.2022 It's calving time again and our first prince arrived yesterday... a few still to come
