13.01.2022 I would like to thank everyone for their support towards PetPal. It has been such a beautiful experience taking care of everyones furbabies. But, for now, other work committments are taking up all my time.... I may do PetPal again in the future, until then, I will still kiss and cuddle your dogs whenever I see them. Can't help myself. p.s. Bob is very happy to have his Mumma all to himself again.

05.01.2022 Our dogs, Mia & Ziggy , have been missing for a week now from Upper Orara, #coffsharbour. I’ve learnt a lot about the world of lost and found pets since th...en. The good, the bad and the ugly. Everyday, every hour, I trawl through relevant Facebook pages set up for desperate pet owners like us. I’ve learnt how many pets go missing, how many are brazenly stolen, I read about dog fighting rings (this explains why my posts lately have predominantly been of lost pets). I read about pets who are found, reunited with their family’s. Pets who have been missing for weeks, months, even years, who thanks to their microchips finally come home. And I have also experienced an amazing amount of help from complete strangers who have seen our Facebook posts or who hear about Mia & Ziggy. Sharing with other groups I didn’t know about. Telling us to keep our hopes up, driving around in their area calling their names, looking out for them every day to/from work. Shop owners who without hesitation put up our laminated signs in a prominent place in their windows, whether allowed or not. As I walk around with our posters, I’m heartened by people who see them and say I’ve shared that on Facebook! I’ve told everyone. I’m so sorry, I’ll keep looking. I dare say 50% of Coffs Harbour know about our kids by now. I can only hope that no harm has come to them. I can only hope that someone has taken them in and cared for them because they are such friendly, kind, dogs. And I can only hope that the social media campaigns and posters will increase the awareness of them missing from us to the point that they will be flushed out as the pet detective calls it. Dropped off at a vet’s, someone gets a call that they are roaming somewhere so they can be picked up, or that they were found just now. I don’t care anymore who did what, or how it happened. I just want them home. Any information - please call the pet detective on 0406 834 001. Anonymous calls welcome. $1,000 reward to information that leads to their safe return.

04.01.2022 "DUSTY" - looking for a 2nd chance in life. This beautiful, smart young man is looking for a forever home. He belongs to a family which unfortunately do not have the time to spend with him at all. He is stuck in a concrete backyard everyday. Dusty needs a yard and a companion, to love him the way he deserves to be loved, or even some property so he can thrive.... He is undesexed, friendly towards most dogs, unless of course they are not friendly towards him, fantastic with kids and very affectionate. He is microchipped. Please contact me if you know of ANYONE who might be interested in meeting him and giving him is 2nd chance at life.
