25.01.2022 Choosing Petraveller to move our 2 cats and dog from Melbourne to Auckland was with out a doubt the best decision we could have made for our fur-babies. Booking... process was very easy and we were saved a lot of stress and money due to the owner, Lenny picking up on a big mistake made by our vet with our dogs blood tests. The night before they were due to fly, he picked up on the error and took it into his own hands to rectify for us(even though it was our error and not theirs!), he went above and beyond all expectations. We have been so impressed with the level of care provided to us and our animals throughout what would usually be a very stressful process. We were provided with updates throughout our pets stay the day before their flight and received a gorgeous video of each animal just before they were due to take off. Due to the pandemic we were also struggling with a few issues regarding pickup once in Auckland and they were able to arrange this for us too. We can't thank you enough Lenny & Petraveller! Highly recommend to anyone anxious about having to send their animals across the globe. See more

After months of an extremely disappointing experience with a different pet relocation company, I made t...he choice to contact and change to Petraveller to relocate our dog Bella to Singapore from Sydney. I wish I had done it sooner! I received regular communication, updates and reassurance that Bella would make it to SG given the situation with Covid. The entire team were very patient with us. Due to Covid (and the other awful relocation company), we had been apart from Bella for a total of 6.5 months. I always felt as if I was their only customer - their dedication to customer service goes far beyond any company I have ever dealt with. Bella remained calm throughout the entire process, which in turn, meant we were calm too. We received regular updates from departure in Sydney through to arrival in Singapore, with one message coming through at 2am! I cannot speak highly enough of the team I interacted with (I know there are many more). Paul and Rowan were my main contacts in Australia and went above and beyond. Carol was my contact in Singapore, and was amazing. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Our family feels complete once again.
