25.01.2022 The characteristic feature of the Pearlscale are its thick, domed scales with pearl-like appearance. Its body is round and similar to a golf ball or marble. Pearlscales can reach up to 20cm long and can grow as large as an orange.

09.01.2022 One of the facinating things about yabbies is their ability to grow by moulting their outer exoskeleton. The yabby will wriggle and twist until it can arch itself up and out of the hard shell in only a few minutes then it remains soft for about a day before their larger shell firms up. Yabbies will happily live in tropical or cold-water aquariums and, unlike most other aquatic pets, aren’t too fussy when it comes to temperature.... Yabbies will share their habitat with other fish, but are territorial,especially if there's food invloved!
