24.01.2022 Pole Play Tuesday! Studio open for 2 hours tonight 5:30pm-7:30pm! You can come any time within those times and stay for as long as you want for $20! Let me know if you are coming and what time you plan on poling!

22.01.2022 Every Tuesday we Pole play from 5:30pm - 7:30pm! You can come any time within this time to come play around on the poles & meet other polers & share tricks & tips! $20 for unlimited pole time! You can stay for the whole two hours or just come in for a quick spin:) You may have to share a pole depending on how many people come along :) ... Instructor will be there for assistance and guidance but the rest is up to you!

You will have an instructor in the room to assist and help you with your pole goals! Studio will be open for 2 hours at a time and you can stay for as long as you want for only $20 per person! In our Pole classes we work on strength, flexibility & pole tricks :) We also offer Pole fit mini $30 for 30 minutes. It is an aerial core strengthening class focusing on full body strength & on lower body flexibility with no actual pole dancing just conditioning. See you all in the studio soon!

01.01.2022 As a pole fitness instructor I hear alot of "I'd love to try pole but i have no upper body strength" "I'd like to lose weight before it try it" "I'm not flexible" You do not need to be strong & flexible to pole! You can pole at any age with any body type!... You WILL build strength & flexibility in our classes as well as confidence in your own body. You can do it! Don't hold yourself back from living your best life! Every professional was once a beginner!

01.01.2022 Hello Pole dancers :) It's been a long time since we have had classes and i miss all my regular Polers very much! Unfortunately I am not returning to teaching pole any time soon. ... As most of you know i had my baby girl Elsie in 2019 and i was planning a quick return to classes but i then decided to focus on raising my little daughter & delayed opening back up studio a little longer. We are now well into 2020 and i am still not back at it. I do have a very good reason for my long absence, I'm pregnant again I am going to have my babies and take as much time as i feel like i need to focus on my growing family & raising my little children without the added pressure of running a studio & pole classes. I absolutely love teaching pole but for now it's family time I have no idea when i will be reopening but it will be one day & I'll be back better then ever I am sorry to all the people that have been messaging my page for class info and those who have been eagerly waiting for my return! We will pole together in the future! For your Aerial fix you can check out a new studio that has just opened in town by the amazing Daniel powers! Midwest Aerial and acrobatic Studio!
