24.01.2022 Is time a valid excuse anymore??? Rob and I were talking the other day and honestly we believe everyone can find 30 - 45 mins a day to exercise ! That’s if it’s important to you? Today for me I wouldn’t have had time at the gym to train as I’m training other people all day.... so I could have just said no to busy today , but I didn’t ! I got up and got it done an hour earlier !!! Yes it was a home workout but at least I still moved! We honestly believe people give themselves to many easy outs to get out of moving! If you keep making excuses you will come to a point where your body will start to give up and then you really won’t be able to move !!! So it’s your choice ???? Find a way to move every day or suffer later when the body gives up!!! #choices



22.01.2022 Good things take time ! @julz_toll Julie has been consistent over a long period of time 2019 to 2020 she has lost 16kg and kept every single kilo off!!! She didn’t do crazy diets , she didn’t over train! She did what every single personal trainer out there wishes all clients could do....... she changed her habits realizing that her life before was not the healthiest! 19.01.2022 Not pretty but I got 3 reps at 115kg today! This is the first time In a long time I have deadlifted over 100kg. It’s not something I feel I need to do a lot of . I more enjoy about 80% load and a little more volume around 6-8 reps. But it’s always good to see what you’re made of and how the strength training can push you to feel strong and proud of what you can do! I believe everyone should be doing some sort of weight training especially women! #strongwomen #strongisthenewsexy #sumodeadlift

03.01.2022 It has come to our attention lately that not everyone gets here in time to perform corrective exercises. This is very detrimental to your progress in the gym. Corrective based exercises are one of our points of difference, that im sure when you joined us you thought how good is that. These exercises are no good to you if they are not done! We are not just like any other gym, we don’t want you to hurt yourself and skipping these exercises can be the difference between you do...ing that or not. Please ask yourself these questions. Do you run into the gym just as class starts? Do you get sore after class a lot? Do you have niggles in your back and knees? Well if you answered YES to any of the above you need to be more mindful of completing correctives. If you don’t remember them ASK US! If you have been doing the same ones for more than a year BOOK ANOTHER ASSESSMENT. Its just like booking a following up with a doctor or physio!
