19.01.2022 Good evening shooters. Today PFRC hosted the 2020 SSAA WA Sporting State Championships at our club’s ground at the Wanneroo shooting complex. We had a great mix of shooters with 28 in total attending the days event. 4 grounds were set for the day’s competition with a good variety of targets presented to the shooters. Ground C proved quite troublesome for all shooters with most scores in the teens. At the end of the competition a big congratulations went to Ben S. Ben shot a... very impressive 88/100 to take out the Sash. Ben put in a solid performance on all grounds and it was again an awesome display of shooting by him earning him a well-deserved win. Ben also passed on his ammo win to our junior shooter Alexi. Good on you mate. Speaking of Alexi it was great to see a Junior shooter come on out for a shoot today. Alexi is new to shotgun shooting and has only shot a handful of times at PFRC he shot a fantastic score of 52/100. What a performance young man and all I can say is wow. Keep it up buddy. Alexi also picked up the $200 SSAA WA prize which was open to all competition participants and helpers on the day. Congratulations to all the place getters below.
