That’s because with the recent developments around COVID-19, this moment is very different to any other we’ve experienced. Our first thoughts are with you and your families, and trust you remain safe and healthy. I want to assure you that we at PFS Accounting are here to support your businesses throughout this uncertainty, and as much as possible we remain business as usual. We are committed to minimising any disruption to your businesses. As of today, we are taking the following actions to keep our staff, partners and clients safe: 1. Business Continuity We have a business continuity plan in place, and are extremely fortunate that our teams have the technology and infrastructure to continue to support you throughout this challenging period. Appointments do not have to be in person. If you feel more comfortable with a telephone or Skype conference we can and will accommodate your needs. 2. Confidence in our infrastructure We remain committed to ensuring our ‘always on’ systems operate effectively so that your business is not disrupted. As always, our IT team will continue to monitor our systems ensuring we have little down time. 3. Travel Reduction We have suspended all staff travel for the time being, and will instead utilise technology to facilitate meetings and events that would have previously been delivered in person. Again, we are fortunate to have this infrastructure in place and ready to go. 4. Customer Service and Support is business as usual Even with these changes, our focus is to ensure we keep your business supported and our clients’ needs front of mind: Our tax team is monitoring tax updates, stimulus packages and are ready to advise on how they can help your businesses in these unprecedented times Our tax team are available to support you with your lodgement deadlines Our tax team has opened up calendars to accommodate after hours telephone or Skype conference calls Our tax teams virtual office is now open I hope in a small way I can reassure you, our Partners & Clients, that we are conscious of the challenges your businesses are currently facing, and that we remain ready to support you and your business through these unprecedented times.
