24.01.2022 My kids LOVE a good ol’ smoothie bowl for breakfast! I really should do it more often. A few diced up frozen banana’s and 1/2 a tin of coconut milk through the processor then decorated w some delish toppings. Left overs are always great to make ice creams too @ South Morang, Victoria
21.01.2022 So today’s workout involved some stand up paddle boarding and running along through the water dragging these 4 kids in the boat... that was a good 500m water run at a good pace burning my legs! @ Narooma, New South Wales
19.01.2022 Ok... so my plan whilst in isolation is to do some form of exercise everyday & post it here...there really is no excuse as I will have spare time all day everyday! Saying this will make me accountable and hopefully I can motivate a bunch of you to be moving w me somehow each day! Please Let me know if you want me to write & video something specific eg.. body weight exercises, cardio (no euip needed), dumbbells, slam balls, battle ropes, boxes, backyard runs, legs, ab/core ...etc... Today’s workout was an Ab & core prog, boy did it burn. I did 1 min each exercise, def got hard w the #burn bit I pushed through...just. Maybe do 30-45 seconds each exercise to make it flow more. Remember to breath through the exercises. I’ve Popped in a normal paced video of what I call The ‘Lydia Lassila’ as I’m not sure what to call it! (She’s an Aussie Olympic aerial skier winner). 17.01.2022 Keep up some training over your holidays, you don’t want to lose all the hard work you put in before Christmas! For the next 9 days while I’m away on holidays, i’ll aim to do some exercise every second day if not each day. It won’t necessarily be long but I’ll be sure to push myself! Feel free to use the programs while you’re on holidays too.

15.01.2022 Exercise really does makes a big difference to your life... whether it be making you fitter, stronger, growing your confidence, meeting new friends, socialising w your training buddies, making you smaller, bigger in that muscle gaining way, mentality change, happier....the list goes on! I often have girls say they miss training when they’ve missed some sessions & also that they feel the difference in themselves if they’ve missed a few sessions. 08.01.2022 Did some run throughs today... 20% x3 50% x3 80% x3 100% x1 50% x3 20% x3 all w recovery jog backs. Then I did a quick session of biceps & triceps. Thursday session done
04.01.2022 Day 3’s workout was some footy training....35 minutes of kicks both long & short...a few pyramid run throughs at 20/50/70/100% efforts and a lot of running to the ball after kicking, worked up a sweat that’s for sure!
