31.01.2022 I'm often asked what my favourite subject to teach is. And honestly? How can I choose just one! English gives me the chance to introduce children to infinite new worlds and possibilities. Maths, when taught right, is just such a fun and creative subject! Oh, and the joys of science! The experimenting, the learning about all the big and small ways the world we live in works. Not just our world - showing them whole new planets and galaxies! The stories and diverse perspectiv...es and critical thinking skills they can develop with history just gives me so much passion. And of course the pure individualistic expression the arts allow and encourage! Every subject is an opportunity to create something a child may fall in love with. They're all opportunities to help develop a child's interests, passions, loves. Helping them become the amazing adults they'll grow up to be. How could I possibly single out just one as my favourite?
